Q: How do I book?

A: The booking process is easy and quick! Just click on the Contact Us tab, fill out the form, submit your request, and you're booked*!

Q: How far do you travel?

A: We travel from Wilmington to Charleston, and inland to Florence, Dillon, and the surrounding area. Not sure if we will travel to you? Just contact us and we will let you know!

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes! We offer local, military, and non-profit rates. If you represent a charity or fundraiser, just fill out this form, and we will provide you with a custom quote. We also offer a discount for booking multiple hours, and/ or services.

Q: Where can I find your safety policy? Are you insured?

A: You can find our safety policy here, and it will be posted clearly at all events. We carry liability insurance, and can add additional insureds as needed. Proof of insurance can be found here

Q: What kinds of paints do you use? Are they safe for skin?

A: We only use professional quality, FDA and EU approved, vegan, and 100% cruelty free products for face painting. Ingredient lists are available upon request and will be available to view at all events. We maintain a commitment to uphold the integrity of our environment.

Q: What kind of events do you accept?

A: ANYTHING! If you want to make your special event unique and memorable, Dream Weaver is sure to bring entertainment your guests will never forget! Weddings, Family Reunions, Festivals, Pop-Up Markets, Grand Openings, Birthdays, and more!

Q: How do I book multiple services?

A: If you wish to book multiple services, please fill out this form, and we will provide you with a custom quote.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may find our cancellation policy* here. If you have further questions, please contact us.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal at dreamweaverconway@gmail.comWe also accept all major credit cards via PayPal or CashApp. Corporate checks may be accepted on a case by case basis.

Q: How do I remove face paint and tattoos?

A: Find removal instructions here.

*please note, we must be in receipt of a signed contract and booking fee payment to confirm booking and reserve your date. Failure to complete the requirements will result in forfeiture of your booking, and alleviates Dream Weaver, Sara Jones, Sole Proprietor, of all obligation to render service per our terms and conditions.
